Bubble Snakes!

I got this idea out of my Family Fun magazine. I LOVE this magazine, it always has lots and lots of great ideas.





Take a plastic drink container and cut the bottom off. Attatch a damp rag with a rubber band. Dip the bottom into a shallow dish of dish soap. And BLOW!!!!!!!!!!


I think we'll try this in the bath too! Austyn and Cannon had BIG GIANT FUN! and the beauty was we could just send them through the sprinkler after to rinse off. Yay!!

Last week, we went to Stacy's house to roast marshmallows and make S'mores!

My smartie-pants sister said we could just use fudge stripe cookies instead of the clumsy usual 3 layer deal. Perfect!

Workin' It

Last Monday a bunch of us gathered at my Mom's to weed and do yardwork. We try to take turns mowing the lawn and weeding every week because she is very naughty and will do it herself.

We kicked butt!! Got the whole yard done and the garden planted. Even the chick my nephew is hanging out with got roped into the chores! Then yesterday my niece's boyfriend did the mowing! Ha! Don't date one of us or we'll put you to work!

Cannon felt the need to take off his shirt because Johnny did. I'm sure Johnny felt the need to take of HIS shirt because his main squeeze was there. I felt the need to laugh. My days of trying to impress someone are SO OVER! I'm just trying not to look like a suburban soccer mom. Some days it works!
