Pumpkin Seeds!

One of the many joys of this season! We just LOVE roasted pumpkin seeds! This year we seasoned them with Greek Seasoning, and they are delicous! Well worth getting your hands dirty to retrieve these! mmmmm, mmmmmm!!!

Are you supposed to chew and swallow the whole thing, or suck on it, crack it open, and eat the inside part? I've always wondered about that, and I've tried it both ways. I know, I'm a dork. I feel so dumb even asking, but hey, I think it's time I knew.

Yummyyy.... We made some on Monday also, but it was just the normal garlic flavor. I am gonna have to try to Greek seasoning stuff you used. It sounds so tasty. Lots a love!

That sounds wonderful. I've never done anything as fancy as adding Greek Seasoning. We haven't done our pumpkin yet...maybe we'll do it tonight. I'm in the mood for seeds now!
